THE PROJECT

Fungi Fantasia is a surreal digital exploration into the enigmatic and captivating world of fungi. This project explores mysterious and magical aspects of mushrooms, portraying them in dreamlike and fantastical ways. Each piece in the collection emphasizes mushrooms' unique forms and vibrant colors, inviting viewers to explore their beauty and complexity.

Mushrooms are often seen as symbols of mystery and transformation, playing essential roles in ecosystems and holding significant symbolic meanings in various cultures. Through Fungi Fantasia, I aim to highlight these fascinating organisms, offering a glimpse into their hidden wonders and celebrating their triumphant evolution. This project is my humble tribute to fungi's incredible diversity and resilience, reminding us of their vital importance to life on our beloved planet and the rich cultural heritage they embody.

THE BOOK

I was honored for the release of the book 'Au coeur du vivant. Les liens entre les artistes et la nature' (At the Heart of the Living. The Links Between Artists and Nature), authored by Valérie Belmokhtar and published by Pyramid-edition. The book features some of my work related to this project alongside many talented artists from around the globe.

It explores the relationship between artists and nature, highlighting how art serves as a medium to reconnect with the living world and celebrate its diversity and resilience.
